Our company Liva Homes s.r.o started to operate in the Slovak Republic in 2020 as a young and dynamic company that produces innovative solutions in order to bring a new vision to the construction industry, unlike our other company that has been operating in the construction industry for many years.

With this company that we have just established, our goal is to remove the modular construction logic from the cheap solution category, unlike our competitors in the sector, and turn them into modern and long-lasting structures. 

As a company, our answer to the question of modular construction is, In order to reduce the impact of the world's economic system on the living conditions, we offer people new life alternatives with modern structures that are livable, portable, much more economical than reinforced concrete structures, compatible with technology.
